Sketchnotes from Food for Thought 2013
Food for Thought, I imagine, is like TED before it became TED, with really great food. It’s a unique conference hosted every year by Erwin Penland in the charming city of Greenville SC, and brings together innovators, entrepreneurs, marketers and business leaders. This is the second year I have had the privilege of going. For those that went, and those that didn’t, here are my sketchnotes from the conference.
“The difference between an idea and a sustainable innovation is execution.” – Jessica O. Mathews
“What informs who we are, are the conversations we have.” – Rose Fass
“Where everything is broken, anything is possible.” – Chuck Salter
“Our goal is to move as many people as possible over the poverty line through work.” – Leila Janah
